Turbo 350

What kind of work needs to be done to a 350 to get it to survive with a big turbo. I have a 76 350 that I would use and I also have a big turbo from back when my father used to pull tractors. I think it is something like 4 inche compressor inlet but I also have smaller ones. It has the #8 heads but I was thinking of doing an at-home port job but other than that I really don't know how tough these engines are. I also have a few other motors I could build (66 425, 68 430, and 71 455 buick) if the 350 is a really poor choice. I guess to sum it up I just want to know if turboing any of these is worth the time and money.

Thanks, Owen
