Tps problems 1987 olds engine

I'm having problems with my pontiac safari (year 1987), its completely original with 307 olds engine+quadrajet carburetor.
I have had bad luck with my tps change, I'm too tired to tell previous problems, but the latest is that the sensor got stuck in the hole, then I used double springs.
Everything went fine and I got it almost adjusted, when I adjusted it to about 1,1v and was screwing in to the 0,58, I heard a buff sound and the whole car stalled. Gasket is fine, the sensor is fine.

But there seems to be a problem somewhere else. I have no idea what might have caused this. Car runs fine if the tps is not adjusted. The computer gives only problem code 21.
The car doesnt idle when its set to 0,58v and when you hit the gas and let go it shoots in exhaust.

Can you guys help me, and sorry for my english, but nobody from finland can help with this problem.
