Total timing (max hp)

All what is the best total timing (for max hp) for a 72 bone stock Olds 350 2 bbl with dual exhaust. Init + advance ?

Same question, but with a 4 bbl carb?

Thanks for the info. Was thinking 34-36 degrees is what everyone shoots for in a Olds 350? Will be running a mech adv dist.
