Stroking a 350 Rocket
Stroking a 350 Rocket
So I'm looking around for people to rebuild my engine and one person suggested that I go ahead and stroke it. Is that really worth it and what's the process?? I take it that it's going to be way more expensive than just rebuilding the engine?
Take a stock 350 crank and offset grind it to 3.50 from the standard 3.385. Plus you can bore the block if you want to 4.125 for added cubic inches. Imo it's worth it and it's not much more than standard rebuild. In fact some of the parts are cheaper.
