Some1 W/ a 307 Y Do me a favor?

I broke a motor mount last week and tweaked my power steering bracket.
On the front of the motor there is a stud going through the bracket. I sheared this stud off in the block, and now my pulleys are misaligned. This stud is the one that the timing tab goes on.
Could someone measure the distance between the back of the bracket and the front of the block for me? I need to know how many millimeters of space goes behind the bracket where the stud was.
I am going to place starter shims behind it and tack weld it once I achieve the proper thickness.
I'm going through a belt a week the way it is right now.
Hopefully my plan works out. If not I'm just going to put a manual steering box in and call it a day.

Actually, that's a tubular spacer that's about 3/4" long (on top of the hex that's part of the stud it sits on).

Ick.
3/4'' PLUS whatever the stud was.
That's a lot of starter shims

I've got a nut and bolt rigged through it for the moment, but it's still squealing when I get on it, or put the blower motor on. Ebaying a manual box right now

For future reference..... the spacing was 24 mm, if anyone cares.
