the right carb or a 71 350 olds rocket

I have a 71 olds 350 thats is being bore 30 over, a mild cam (I dont know the specs yet) and a eldebrock performer intake manifold 3711 that has the egr port (I wanted to get the 7111 eldebrock intake manifold but i'm running out of hood clearance and money). The only carb I could find to work was holley that required a one inch adapter to keep the kick down linkage from hitting. The egr port which I have blocked off. I bought a street avenager 570cfm carb, and I was wondering if it is enough carb for my engine step up or do I need to go up to an 670cfm carb?

just and updated I found the 670cfm at autozone for $199 and I had paid $380 for the 570cfm. so I'm returning the 570cfm Mon, and I'll just used the rest of my funds for new spark plugs and and alternator.
