reinstall rockers

Hi,

Thanks a lot for helping me so far.
Now I'm reinstalling the PS Head.
I read someting about the non adjustable rockers in my Olds 350 (1975)
Can I just torque the rockers bolts at 25 Lbs without rotate the cranc?
Some say yes and some say no.
How do you, guys, do this job?

You should rotate the crank to Compression TDC for each cylinder and tighten at Compression TDC, otherwise the force needed to open the valve springs will be added to the torque you are measuring, and you won't be tightening the bolts enough.

Let alone the chance for breaking the 'rocker stand' while tightening, if they're not in the same position.

Big socket on bolt on end of crankshaft, turn clockwise.

28mm, if I recall.
