Prepping my Olds 350 for a road course

Ok fellas I will be doing a track event with the wagon in April. I have always read the Olds can have some possible oiling issues at higher RPM or cornering. So here are the questions. Should I even worryabout anything? Is it ok in it's stockish form? Or should I add a oil cooler? If I do this should I add a remote filter while I am at it? Maybe an Accusump for starvation? I have heard people to say add an extra quart of oil. I will be adding a line to my valve cover for a catch can as I have had some oil out the breather when I was running the car hard on twisty roads. To give you an idea what I will be doing here is a vid of the track I will be running. Any ideas are appreciated.
