State rivalry jokes are pretty common. Iowa only shares a small boundary with Wisconsin, so not a lot of rivalry there. Now…..Minnesota is a whole nuther animal. Minnesota has lots of Norwegian folks, as does Northern Iowa. So…..Iowans like to say, We can raise the IQ level of both states if we just give Minnesota the top two tiers of Iowa Counties.
