Omega questions

I have a 1976 Omega and Im looking for headers, will any of the headers for cutlass's fit or do I have to buy $500 headers?I am also building a 350 olds motor any ideas on how to build a strong 350 cam etc. I have built 455's but no 350's

Welcome to CO. We have a few Omega owners here and hopefully someone will know the answer to your question. My initial thought is that the headers will fit.

I'm not 100% positive about the 76 but 73-74 are rear steer cars, meaning the steering box is behind the control arms. So no I don't think cutlass headers will fit.
Sorry, I can be of no help on the cam question.

It took me a long time to find a set of headers. I also did not want to shell out $800 bucks for headers.I only know of Hooker Super Comps that are made for my Omega. I found a set from a guy on ROP ceramic coated, never installed, for a great price, i could not pass up.

The 73-74 Omegas are rear steer and use a subframe similar to that on the first-gen Camaro/Firebird. The 75-79 Omegas are front steer and use a subframe based on the one from the second gen Camaro/Firebird.
