Motor mounts

Replacing old motor mounts, I plan on driving the car hard its a 350, are their hp mounts out their or will mounts from autozone $8 work just fine

There is a sticky somewhere on the motor mounts with very good info.
I think you may have to elongate the holes for the mounts where they
sit on the pads if memory serves on the cheapies.

There are no "HD mounts" for Olds motors unless you go to solid ones. I wouldn't recommend that for the street. The Anchor 2328s or equivalent are all you will find. If you are really concerned, install a torque limiter strap on the driver's side.

Yep, a piece of shiny chrome chain from the drivers front head bolt to somewhere on the frame or a-arm bolt and you have eliminated ever separating an engine mount and sending the engine thru your hood!
