I find them quite boring with 2 left feet. They are not very conversational over dinner.

Are there any ID numbers on it?

it has the correct 404520 casting number for a 1970 350 4 barrel carb, D1L on the back side of the brass fitting for the booster vacuum line

Look for a one to three digit number with what looks like screw heads on each side. This will be cast into the manifold. Here's a couple intakes for example, one is a 455 4bbl (25) the second a 350 2bbl (135). I don't know for sure the location on your 1970 4bbl intake but look for something like these two examples. I believe that would be the 279th day of 1969, or October 6, 1969.

My car date on the trim tag is 04D, the 4th week of April 1970, what date do y'all think would be correct for my car?

Personally, I think "279" is a little early for a car built in the 4th week of April 1970, but it is not unheard of. I believe that anything within 6 months of the build date of your car is viable.
