Hot air choke tubes,and gasket

1976 Olds 350.
I'm wondering what to use for a gasket?
I'm not using the choke, with the stock intake,as I'm converting to Holley with electric choke.
I've painted the manifold and need to seal it.
Thanks.

Use a stock type gasket which is a material that will take the intense heat. make yourself a custom blockoff plate and just bolt it on!

Any idea what the gasket is actually called?
Not sure if it's found in the carb,or emissions section.
Some call it a stove gasket, but I've been unable to find it anywhere.
Thanks.

Try a FelPro PN 72586...works on a '70-2 car and likely the same on yours.
