Headers

From my experience they won't. I was told that 455 headers were unique to the 455. 350 headers have a different bend to them. I tried to put 350 headers on a 455 and they didn't fit. Had to get ones for the 455. Hope this helps.

The headers will fit lower for sure even if they did fit due to the taller deck height of the 455.

The big block Olds has a taller deck height than the small block Olds. Depending on how this particular header manufacturer routed the tubes, they will likely hit the crossmember, oil filter, and/or starter. Since all manufacturers route their header tubes slightly differently you MIGHT find a manufacturer that will fit, but it's not likely.
