I haven't been on the forum for a while, but my thanks and gratitude for the compliments.

The hood does still need to be aligned. I don't have the fender bumpers bought or installed yet. They're kind of spendy little suckers. You can't find kit for olds anywhere, ya gotta buy them all separately! Anyway, once I get the bump stops in the shop said that they would do a final alignment on the hood and that should straighten everything out.

We've had some pretty bad weather here in the northwest over the last few weeks, so I've been reluctant to go out in the garage and work on the car...it's been cold! I'm hoping to get back out there this weekend though and get the wiring re-installed, pulleys on, radiator and condenser installed, and finally get the bumpers and front clip on.

This site is for people who love Oldsmobiles and if you say thats wack then maybe cardomain is the place for your donk. I like big rims but those would look better on a tahoe in my opinion and keep the classic stock..

Actually That's a great name as I bought it from a Granny that was the original owner with 53K miles on it. She bought it new in 72 and I am the second owner so i am fine with that name...

Thanks for the compliments! I'm actually located in the Portland Oregon area. I didn't know about the Olds meeting, but I'm definately interested. Where is it? Oh, and are frosty, foamy beverages approved for this meet?

I gotta agree here. I really am glad that you guys like the car, that's awesome. I'd like to keep things 'chill,' 'wack,' and 'fly' on this post.

It's all about the love of Oldsmobile here and the semantics is nothing to fight over right?
