Foam in the Radiator

Morning

72 Cutlass, been running fine, idle, etc., but today I decided to pop the radiator cap and saw this. (see attached) Foam in the radiator.

Immediately went to the dark thoughts of a blown head gasket, but the oil looks clean, no milky tint.

Going to start by just flushing it out? Could have some air caught in there or some bad coolant?

Any other thoughts on what this, would flushing be a good start?

Thank you much!

My 57 88 does that. All the mechanics who have seen it has said not a problem. I keep the level down by an inch from the top and seems ok.

You may get some foaming in a cooling system it should go away as it warms up and the air escapes.

You could drain it and air fill it to eliminate air pocket but that would require the tool. I had a blown head gasket and the spent gasses going into the cooling system turned my coolant a turd looking olive green color .
