Engine id help
I just purchased a motor and told it was 56 324 , the casting # is 567405 the serial is v1272901 any help would be appreciated

This website says its a 1956 324.

Maybe - Maybe not?
I looked at the chart at that website and it is showing incorrect info for the '68 442 400 CID block and heads 
. But it does show the correct block for the '68 455 CID 
...
Use that chart with caution is all I'm saying. YMMV.
