Do I need to degree my camshaft?
Im installing this cam into my 350 along with new roller tip rockers, springs and everything else. Timing chain is a comp double roller which I have read has been off when lined up on the two dots. Do I have to degree it or will it be fine if it is off. Or should I put it on the advanced slot which is 4 degrees I believe

If you wanna not degree it buy a really nice timing chain and that's the best worst advice I can give. The last 4 cams I have degrees have all been off ( timing chain). Will it be fine ??? Maybe maybe not.

The ignition timing has nothing to do with the camshaft "degreeing".
- The ignition timing is when the spark occurs relative to the piston position.
- The camshaft "degreeing" is when the valves open/close relative to the piston position.
