Carburetor Help

Looking for help choosing a new carburetor. I have a 1968 cutlass with the following:

-1972 350 motor
-Gasket match stock heads
-Heavy duty valve springs
-Edelbrock performer intake
-Comp cam with the following specs:

Cam Style: Hydraulic flat tappet
Basic Operating RPM Range: 1,200-5,600
Intake Duration at 050 inch Lift: 218
Exhaust Duration at 050 inch Lift: 224
Duration at 050 inch Lift: 218 int./224 exh.
Advertised Intake Duration: 262
Advertised Exhaust Duration: 274
Advertised Duration: 262 int./274 exh.
Intake Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.475 in.
Exhaust Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.480 in.
Valve Lift with Factory Rocker Arm Ratio: 0.475 int./0.480 exh.
Lobe Separation (degrees): 110

-Flowtech headers
-Th350 with shift kit and 3500 stall converter
-3:91 gears
-2 1/2in exhaust with flowmaster mufflers
-28in tires

Intended use is a cruiser and playing around on the street.
What suggestions do you guys have for a good carburetor?

Does this mean factory 8.5:1 compression? Or was the engine rebuilt with smaller dish pistons?

Either the stock Qjet or 76-up Qjet custom tuned for your application. Everyday Performance does a good job and is affordable. If you provide the core and skip the plating, custom tune with bushing work was around $250 for me. It ended up about $100 cheaper than the Street Demon carb. The 625 cfm Street Demon is another option, based off the Carter Thermoquad with many improvements in an all new 3 barrel castings. There is Aerospace polymer or aluminum body options, black ceramic coating, full tuning kits and even a tps available to run an electronic trans.

Quick Fuel Slayer 750. Electric choke and way easier to tune than a Qjet.

Can't go wrong with a properly functioning Q-jet. Did the cam call for heavy duty springs? They don't do much for a cam that doesn't require them, except extra wear on the components.

Yes, the cam called for the HD springs. All came together as a kit.
