Carb replacement options?

Question on a 260sb, the carb on it is the OEM Rochester 2b and it is in bad shape, a buddy of mine is selling a holley 650 (4 barrel) for cheap, in good condition.

Is this a good idea?

Also is this all I would need to make this work?

Thanks for the help guys

you are gonna need a 4 barrel manifold for a 4 barrel carb + an adapter because a holley is a squarebore carb and oldsmobile manifolds are spreadbore.

Just rebuilt the 2jet carburetor. BTW, Oldsguy lives in KCMO as well. He is in Lee's Summit.
