?Any good olds engine shops in Los Angeles?

I need to get my SB rebuilt for 72 CS Conv. Anyone know of a good shop in the LA area? I live in the San Gabriel valley and am trying to find someone who has Olds experience. Been talking to the guys at Blairs speed shop in Pasadena, anyone have experience with them and Olds emgines?

Dave Smith is in California. Much better than the other Olds experts there.

Vellio's in Lawndale, CA. They have the original style heavy duty rocker arms from the factory on the shelf there. When they did my engine I compared my factory originals to theirs and you could see they are beefier. It was a very reasonably priced upgrade. I understand this is an old thread but the info is still good for the people who research and look at old threads.
