How do I identify a 77-79 403 intake manifold? Does it have the same casting ID as a 350 from this same time period? Thanks!

Thanks for the link, I've check the info on that link, but there isn't a listing for a 403. I wonder if the 403 got the same intake manifold as the 350?

Not a problem Ralph. There are many good threads but like parts, finding them at times can be challenging.

 

Yes, the 403 got the #16 iron intake, mine had one. Also nearly all the VIN Y early 307's up here had the #17 iron intake, I never saw a A4 that I recall, other than on a Hurst/Olds. Did the 260 actually have a single plain intake or is it FAQ bs? I have never had the carb off my 260.
