350 small block rebuild/trans question
I'm rebuilding my engine and using the following upgrades from Summit (below). Would the the stock TH350 transmission still be ok for this set up? I'm not doing anything else to the engine.
Edellbrock
Intake 7111
Performer RPM, Dual Plane, Aluminum, Natural, Square/Spread Bore,
Cam/lifter 7112
Cam and Lifters, Hydraulic Flat Tappet, Advertised Duration 290/300, Lift .496/.520,
Carb 1411
Performer, 750 cfm, 4-Barrel, Square Bore, Electric Choke, Single Inlet,
Timing Chain - Double rolled

the 750 is too much carb i would recommend the 1405 and i would recommend a shift kit and a 2200 stall converter. That cam is kind of generic as well i would go for something that would work with the rear end gears you want to use i run 13.3's and that 600 cfm feeds the engine well and i rev it up to 6k rpm
