Question 307 with bad crank

Hey just got registered. Have a bad crank in an 86 307 cutlass, had a barely noticable knock when warm. dropped pan only to find the forward most rod bearing had spun, heres the question , also have a good early 80's(with 5a heads) 307, will that crank and rod(s) swap into the 86 noting that the later one is a roller cam motor. Any advice would be appreciated. Would like to keep it as original as possible, so I don't want to drop in a different motor. Car had been parked since 02' and only has 34,000 original miles.

No the later 307's have full floating rods and different pistons. Not a direct swap as the early 307 have press fit rods.
