2 core or 3 core?

Putting this 68 Cutlass together, I have a choice between using the 2 core radiator which is original to the car or a 3 core that I got from an A/C car. Is there any advantage to using the 3 core radiator?

2 or 3 core

Extra cooling on hot summer days. It Depends on what part of the country your in as to how important it is. I would always err on the side of overbuilding and go with the 3 core if it's an option. Where I live its in the 90's much of the summer and tops the 100 mark several times. I went to a 4 core to keep my car from overheating in stop and go down town traffic. John

Three, or more. More rows the more surface area for water to cool by air and disburse the heat. I went four when I had to change out.
