1972 cutlass 350 oil pan

Hello all can you remove the oil pan with the engine still in the car?

Yes, kind of. You will still need to disconnect the motor mounts and raise the engine.

Yes, it's possible. You have to rotate the crank to a specific angle to clear the counterweights. You have to raise the engine a lot. By the time you get to that point, you are about six bellhousing bolts away from just pulling the engine out, which is MUCH easier to work on than under the car with oil dripping in your face.
