I’ve sent PM’s a few times on 10/17&18, and they haven’t shown up in my Sent Messages.
Help please.

 

Open your Control Panel, go to Settings & Options, under Settings & Options, open Edit Options, under Messaging & Notification ensure the check box is enabled.

 

The check box is enabled. This issue just started on the 17th, been working fine for years.
I logged out and back in, no change.

Just to be sure you're performing the correct function. You sure you sent a PM and not an E-mail, correct? Seen a couple members say they sent a PM when they instead were sending an E-Mail.

 

Hi Lance - OK, I received your PM and responded to your PM. So that part is definitely working. Check once again - did your PM to me show up in your Sent PMs?

 

The messages are showing up in my sent folder today.

 

My sent PMs are showing up in my Sent PMs folder today, also. Nothing unusual on my end.

So, you & I are getting PM messages. I get PM messages from you, I can Reply to PM messages I receive from you. My PM messages to you show up in my Sent Messages folder. Still waiting for you to validate if the PM messages you have sent to me show up in your PM "Sent Messages" folder.

 

I don't want to confuse this issue. You stated this began on the 17th - which was yesterday. I have to ask the question. Is this happening on a desktop PC, laptop, tablet or mobile device like a phone or all of the above, doesn't matter?
