Problem with viewing attached pics

Problem with viewing attached pics
When a thread has attached pics and I click on the picture a big see through black bar appears at the top of the thread. Any suggestions ???????

some work places may have SW that blocks features or sites

Windows XP. Im only having a problem on this site. I can open attachments everywhere else.

I notice this site has been running pretty slow for the past 4-5 weeks. If a picture is loading, leave your browser to refresh for a minute and for me it usually comes up. I also get the bar at the top.
