I have a Parts for sale thread that I have added more parts too. I want to change the title to reflect that. I've edited the title but the thread title is still the same. Once you click on the thread you can see the newly edited title. Is there a way I can change the thread title?

I think only Mods and Admins can edit thread titles.

 

Is there a user solution to this, or is it as Joe stated, only Mods & Admins?

I'd like to remove the price from my for sale ad on my '64 Starfire in the title of the thread.

 

Do you see a box Thread Tools at the top of the thread? If so, click on it. If not, I guess it's only Mods and Admins.

 

I just edited one of mine to test. It's under "go advanced" after you first open the edit window.

Edit: Wait, no I didn't. I changed the title of the first post, and that normally populates the BIG title on the page, and the title out in the subsection, but it didn't edit the big title for me.

Well, I guess my epic diss calling a member Karl for "Hunges" will remain intact.

I believe Joe is correct. Thread Tools was where I had looked, as intuitively it makes sense for it to be there. Alas, the only options listed are:
