Question Help for filters

I’ve searched for a way to limit or exclude categories when searching the site, but don’t find anything addressing this. For example, I’d like to be able, on some searches to exclude Classified or Parts for Sale, and other times have the search look only at Parts for Sale (or any other category). Does that capability exist and I’m just not finding it? TIA

Yes, under the search tab, click on advanced search

You can search specific categories by holding your CTRL key and clicking on specific forums within the Search Options box using the advanced search option.

Thank you,

I appreciate the replies, thanks

lately I have been using an iPad. Looks like I need to go back to my PC for some functionality.

Negative this easily done on an ipad, maybe your using the mobile version, which seems to either have less features or there incorparated into fewer menu options

Thanks for the search help

I just compared advance search on both devices and see they have the same functionality, just different ways of displaying and selecting the choices

Thanks for setting me straight!
