Can newbies not see embedded forum photos? I've tried two browsers (IE and Chrome) and various forums, with no difference.

When photos go missing in forum posts, the first thing I do is disable Ghostery, and reload the page. That usually allows the photo to show up. If not, I disable Adblock Plus and reload.

Which all sucks, because then I'm bombarded with bullshit.

I haven't had much luck finding out which of the blocked items on the huge-long list of blocked items is/are the useful photos vs. the tracking and advertising crap.

 

I use AdBlock Plus with Chrome.. AB Keeps the ads out and doesn't mess with pics.

 

There are some photos in old posts that were hosted by photoshop and will no longer be visible if thats what you mean. Or is it photos that you try to post.?
