I researched this with no good reason other than MS and or internet brands are up to their usual app crap not playing well together. It seems to be an application problem. Can we fix this here or are we under big brothers control?

In dark mode which I really need these days due to my skull being burned off my shoulders while driving home at night with these ridiculous headlights on oncoming traffic...My vision really appreciates dark mode on all my devices.

Why does 1/2 the text go black within the same body paragraph? Its all the same color (black) when in white mode, as it should be.
Non of the settings here seem to remedy the 1/2 black 1/2 white font in dark mode. Copy and paste thing maybe?

Anybody have deeper computer knowledge to fix this? Its above my skill level.

 

I reported part of this issue to IB a few months ago. They are working on it.

this is not an 'issue' per se. the editor is WYSIWYG, so if you copy text that has colour or styling applied to it, when you paste it into the editor that is preserved. So, if you're copying from something that light and pasting into dark mode, it will paste dark text into a dark background. This is a function of how the editor works. That said, we will likely be doing an editor upgrade in the coming months that should alter this behaviour.

I figured it was a copy past or font setting. I have a similar problem at work. IT is trying to find a way to fix it.

This applies to desktop style, so I'm not certain if you're referring to desktop style or the mobile app. Control Panel settings.
