Raised white letter tires

Raised white letter tires
What year was the raised white letter tire offered for Oldsmobile? I want to say 1970 with the exception with the Hurst Olds in 1969.

Actually, in 1969 you could get white letter tires under RPO PL5.

Thanks Joe! Do you ever recall any factory photo's of the tires? I thumbed through the 1969 Oldsmobile sales brochure and didn't see any photos of them compared to the 1970 brochure.

if Goodyear they would be "WIDE TREAD F70-14" & Firestone "WIDE OVAL" the non-Hurst/Olds '69 RWL tires were NOT fiberglass-belted

here's a G70-14 pic, a member purchased a blue '69 W30 coupe about a year ago - still had one in the trunk couldn't find the post/pics

^ is that rim the original paint as well (as far as you can tell)? Its a darker shade, I like it.
