Seriously? Did you see the row of Divcos? Those will go for stupid money. Same for the Amphicars, FC-150, early Charger, Isetta, Bricklin and Deloran, Fiat X 1/9, etc, etc. And with this much publicity this far before the auction, nothing is likely to go cheap.

I thought this Citroen was a high-end Jaguar. You know how those European cars are, they all look the same.

Wonder what the back story is, how it got so large, how many years he collected, etc. There is a lot of cars there that certain people are looking for. The mini-car market is hot also. Looks like some one-off stuff you seldom see. Auctioneer knows they have to reach a wide audience in advance to reach those type of collectors. And a Gremlin to boot. I would like to have the Charger, the Avanti, and a few others. But I dream of a lot of cars I want and will never own.

Sweet Mother of Pearl!

Look at all that stuff!

There but for the grace of God go I... or any of us, probably.

Guess I should count my blessings that I'm not rich, and I got married.

Wow, what a diverse collection of vehicles. Thank goodness he saved those cars, trucks, motorcycles, and collectibles, otherwise many of them may have been a pile of rust today. I wonder if he is keeping any of them and if that is the record for a collection of vehicles by a private owner.

x2

I've been on a kick recently checking out "exotic" cars on Hemmings. There are so many cool cars out there that even a guy like Jay Leno couldn't own all of them in a single lifetime. He's pretty close though.

The FC-150 is probably the one non-Olds that I've lusted after the most.
