Swapping Out Instrument Lights to LED--What Color Temp?

Before I buy replacement 194 & 161 LED's for the tach, speed, & gauges what temperature color bulbs best matches the originals? 6500K, 4100K, or 3000K -- Is $6 a typical price?

I would guess warm 3000k would be closest. $6 a piece seems pricey, I just bought 8 of the dome light versions for $6 on Amazon.

Can you dim these LEDs ?

3000K is the closest to incandescent in that list (should be under 2700K actually) These likely won't dim, so if they don't light up right away, check your ignition switch & make sure it's not dimmed.

Many of those little lamps are polarity sensitive too, so if they don't light right away, flip them in the socket.......
