A quick summary for those at home keeping track

I didn't understand your earlier post; now I do. That's really cool you found the original label and have thus explained the existence of the OP version.

I wanted to post a better picture of the lower driver's side fender. It wasn't as bad as it looked in my earlier picture. Reason is that much of the rust you see is actually surface rust that occurred after he prepped the area for inspection and eventual repair that never happened. Take a look at this pic and you'll see what I mean:

Got outside on this nice morning and did some additional work. I'm really nearing completion on this car. Thought about cleaning the pedals, but decided not to. Same thing with under the carpet in the trunk - was tempted to clean it but I don't want it too perfect. Just vacuumed the little debris that found its way down in there over the years.
Here are more pictures:

Need to get pictures of these date codes on here for the F heads also. If you've been watching, there has also been a return to the blue valve covers (thanks Oldspackrat!) Chrome H/O covers for sale soon:

Nice sunny day outside so I decided to take some pics. Final pics tomorrow at someplace scenic. Also need to shine up the exterior some more. Not using the same treatment on the original paint as I did on the other areas, but just maybe some Griot's Garage Speed Shine.

Just a note for me: Thinking about the parts that go with the car. The trumpets, master cylinder, gas tank, box of parts originally on car from Eric. Need to get pics of those on here. Maybe one huge group pic to save space.

Thanks Joe. And thanks for the pointers along the way. Sorry we never got together on the 4 speed thing, but if the new owner is looking for one, I know where to guide them.
I'll check the jack.

So who's going to proofread the .pdf of my auction listing? It is about 100 pages due to all of the pictures. Wow! Just got finished with it and it took me about 6 hours.
Uploading all of the pics to photo hosting and getting the links was the hard part, because I didn't want to steal bandwidth from CO and use the pics I have hosted here. That would have been a heck of a lot easier though.

Been thinking about doing a "Buy it Now" on the listing also with the reserve. The car has had enough exposure here to give everyone a shot at it who is truly interested and it will be on next Sunday evening at 7 PM EST sharp, so it wouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.
Pluses, minuses to that? PM me if you want. I'm 50/50 on it at this point. One reason I'm considering it is because Hendrick just posted their W-30 and although it ends before mine starts, I'm sure they will relist. Start price on theirs, $45k w/reserve. BIN is $89,990.

Just considering my options. Not tied down to any particular strategy at this point.
Did you get your tools back? Got something else on the way to you. Should be there in a few weeks.
Found the date code on the jack. 9G. So I'm guessing July of 69:

Don't think that is the date. I am not sure I ever seen a date on one but that don't mean there isn't. I must not know where to look because I have 5 of them out here and can't find where it is.
I got the package Saturday. My wife said they came the other day but forgot to give it to me, lol.
I need to bring my 4 speed Jetfire down and leave it with you after the MCACN show. I can let you clean it up for me, lol. If it turned out half as good as this W-30 I would be happy.

I just love all of the date codes on everything. Definitely one of the coolest parts of this whole process. It has been fun. I see the distributor too, Joe. Thanks for pointing that out. I'm gonna miss this.
Anyway, I wanted to show you guys something I found a picture of online a long while ago when I first found on the car had plain steel wheels from the factory. I had come across this image in a Google search and said that's what this car is going to look like someday. Well, I never realized how close it would be, although this one is Matador Red. Dog dish wheels, broadcast cardS!, 4 speed, 3.91 gear, etc. Also the interesting backstory surrounding it, how it was garaged in PA since 1982. Strange similarity for sure. Anyway, the article made for a good read and I used archive.org's internet time machine to see what they had it listed for. List price: $110,000. No I'm not getting any crazy pricing ideas. HA!

Just read back through most of this thread and I want to thank everyone below for their help, comments, and interest in this car. Also to the many who never left a comment but were still following along. Thank you to each and every one!

"An eBay auction, starting 9/11 in the evening and open to all to bid. However, an interesting twist will be that I'm offering multiple incentives for a CO member to bid and own the car.
1.) You must be a registered ClassicOldsmobile.com member as least one post as of tomorrow, July 31st 2016
2.) If you win the eBay auction on the 1970 442 W-30 I will have for sale, upon full payment and pickup/delivery I will give you $442.30. You can use this to your advantage when placing that final bid.
3.) I've suspended the sale of the 1963 F-85 Deluxe and I'm giving the new owner of the W-30 auction referenced above the ability to purchase that car also for $442.30 under what I had it last listed for here in the for sale section. That price was $4500. So just a shade over $4k."

Pictures of broadcast card, receipts, Eric's notes, etc. Still need to print out all of my online receipts for tires, wheels, and numerous items I ordered for Eric when he was working on the car. Made color copies of the broadcast card, emissions label, and PA title on cardstock this AM too. Turned out better than I thought.

Final pic. Just some of the parts that came off the car. All are boxed up and ready to go, except the fuel tank and exhaust tips. Plus an almost new Barrett Jackson car cover.
