PCV Valve - '65 330 Fremont

Is the correct hose for the PCV valve a formed one?

Or maybe it's just regular hose but with a 90 degree connector? Or a 90-degree PCV valve?

If it is formed hose, where might I find one?

Straight auto parts store variety hose. Nothing fancy.

My 67 330 has molded hose. I actually bought it from a GM dealer a couple years ago. It was used on a ton of GM cars from 66 to 76 including chevelles and such. Several on Ebay now, reproductions however.
