trim removal

On my 1972 Cutlass Supreme convertible, I want to remove the piece of trim on the rear quarter panel. I think it is called, belt line molding, it is popping off the small plastic clips. Looking at it there appears to be a different clip holding it in the center, how do I release this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Belt line molding is by the windows. I think you're referring to body side moldings. They should pop off. Same clip on those rears. Only ones that are bolted through are the door (look for an acorn nut). You'll probably need to replace them anyway as they're 46 year old plastic parts.

Plastic tools like this are common at most auto stores.
