Hi Wayne, welcome aboard.
Just an FYI, in 1967 there was no Cutlass S. Did you mean Cutlass Supreme? You'll also need to revise your spelling of Cutlass.
What body style is your car (coupe, post coupe, sedan?)

Yes, it does help. Now, is it a hard top or a post coupe. The HT doesn't have any frame around the door window glass or quarter windows. The post cars do.
There are more 66/67 parts being reproduced now that previously, but some you'll have to find donor cars to scavenge parts. Haven't run into any of the vendors that sell repop bumpers for this era. Your best bet is to find a nice driver set and consider the cost (prohibitive) of replating.

If you mean email yes and did respond. If you want straight bumpers that means you want nice bumpers. I have a driver grade bumpers. If your plan is to have bumpers replated or chromed again. the quality chrome shops like: Ogden Chrome jig them and make them straight as part of the restoration of the bumpers. Most have some flaws. I have good core bumpers for restoration. Rot and being torn are the worst case.
Hope this helps.

W.D was asking in 2014. I sure hope he got his bumpers by now.
Dadsbadass442 unfortunately resurrected this long-dead thread and now we have confusion over who needs what part. Since he already has his own thread looking for a new trunk trim, I suggest using that one instead and letting this one return to the grave.
