Porting

You could easily spend $2000 for maximum effort port job, and another $500-$1000 for parts depending on what you want.
What kind of heads did you buy, ProComp, or Edelbrock?

I would from looking at his work on here look at sending them to cutlass freak . I don't now if he is looking for work or not . I think if your going to have heads ported your better off getting them from the porting shop they can spread that price out and make little on sale and on the work . No shipping to just from.

I could port them for you, but I'm a little backed up right now. I have 5 sets of heads lined up to port. I have a full time job, which is not porting cylinder heads, so right now you'd be looking at fall completion from me.
Check out this older thread that shows some of Smitty's porting skills -
