350 vs 455

350 vs 455
I'm gonna try not to go into too much detail here, its sort of a long story.
Long story short, I have a 1976 455 .030 over, ported J heads and a bunch of new parts for it. New intake and a nice Lunati cam. Couldnt rebuild it because i couldnt afford pistons and i didnt realize how bad my old ones were.
I now have a Lesabre with a 350 in it, but it does 0-60 in 18 seconds (I timed it the other day) and that's just unacceptable.
My question here is, would it be more worth while to throw an intake/cam/headers on my 350 so she breathes a little better? Or should I continue with a 455, maybe find a c-headed engine in better condiion and throw my stuff on it? My block is a little scratched on the cylinders and a small chunk was taken out of the bottom of a cyl. I have a 74 BOP TH400 and a shift kit to put in it, I'd like it in my car once I get a few more ponies out of the engine, or a swap.
I'd like to know what sort of power I could expect from the 350 with an intake cam and headers. Engine is a 1980, 100% stock.

Fix the 455. I love the Olds 350 but that is the worst version. Crappy flowing crack prone heads and a windowed bottom end. I found these high compression pistons in .030" over. Will it clean up with a hone?

Or .060" over if you want to overbore more.

Both these are cheap. How do the bearing look?
