Standard manifold to RPM

I was wondering if I switched to an RPM from my stock manifold (olds) .
What would I have to do to the carb to make it run right? And if I need to rejet how would I go about it it. Would I go richer or leaner?
I know read the plugs right , I'm wondering if someone has done this already.
Thanks

Oh and it has headers so it will run good.

No gains unless the engine is taylored for It like , cam , compression, cam etc. A performer is better suited for a stock to mild build.

Some claim gains on Vin 9 307's, others claim it is overkill unless you have cam and compression. What compression and cam? It won't hurt anything and jetting will stay the same without other changes.

I had to adjust the idle and the secondary air door spring. Apparently the air flow at WOT was quite different and the secondaries had to be adjusted.
