spark plugs

Can anyone suggest the best plugs to run in my 350 Olds pro comp 77cc heads. Engine has flat top piston mild cam 520 lift 110 lobe separation and 750 holley?

I run AC Delco R45S in my 455 gapped to about .045". I'm not sure if a small block would need different plugs.

So around 9 to 1 compression, I would run a hot plug. You probably need less timing with the more efficient chamber, I like a lot part throttle with factory Olds heads. These would probably work. https://m.summitracing.com/parts/ngk...ns?prefilter=1

Thinks I will give them a try and I did try a little less timing seemed to help part throttle.

Thanks to all for your reply's ....

My reason for not using Champion plugs goes back to mid thru late 70's I was a flat rate mechanic @ an Olds dealer . The parts dept. went to Champ. plugs to save $ , I did more then 1 tune-up where the car ( Oldsmobile ) came in running fine ran like crap after replacing the plugs with Champs ( only under a load would break down ) I would replace them with AC plugs car ran fine - would loose my A$$ on a simple tune-up which would normally be a money maker , but yet they were fine in Chysler products and small engines don't know why ?

Been using Autolite in my Edelbrocks for some years now. 3922, 3924, or 3926 depending on how much heat you need/want.

Early 80s I was assistant service manager, at a Ford dealer. We had the same problem with champions in a Ford.. Autolites ran fine

Then you had the wrong plugs in it. The plugs aren’t human and have no idea what “brand” engine they’re in. That’s the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. You had the wrong plugs in it, or they were simply defective, plain and simple.

Then just say they were defective then. Don’t suggest they actually “knew” what brand of engine they were in. C’mon man.
