Safety rules
Sunday we took my car to the track for a chassis certification. It's required every 3 years for cars running 9.99 or quicker. The inspector commented about a dash bar on the cage (didn't have one). Had him reach in behind the new dash, found the remains of the old one still there. He sonic checked the rest of the cage. Paid him his $150 and we are good for another 3 years. SAFETY......SAFETY.....SAFETY!!!!

So is the old dash bar still intact? Did it get sonic checked or no?
I just got my BMR driveshaft safety loop in from summit, any pointers on mounting it? I know the regulation of where, but I haven't been under the car yet to see where on the body it will mount to be w/ in 6" of the front u-joint.

Congratulations.
Safety and courtesy are important in this hobby.
Even my beater delta had long studs, a scatter shield, and a trans blanket on it. Even if it was only going 13.1
Glad to see it will continue to race without a snag.
