Good for you. I always say, only one thing worse than too much work, no work.
I'd be happy with those times. Enjoy the next few weeks, the weather is changing fast.

i posted the wrong pic, that was 2 years ago with the 4.33s.that was the run i twisted the splines on both axles and broke the retaining bolt in the carrier.it wont leave like that with the 3.91 and 29 inch slicks.it hooks and hesitates, hoping to get the 4.33s back in.thanks for the comments.plan on one more trip next sunday.worth mentioning it's a 4 speed too.kennybill-at 67 i feel like i should be playing more than working but you probably know you can't always get what you want. thanks guys

Ahhh, 4 speed, very nice. At 67 your a young pup! (:•》These old Oldsmobile keep us moving and gives us a purpose, beside family obligations. My winter project is putting a 1967 442 Sports Coupe back to a 4-speed car as it was from the factory. Btw, do you trailer it? Nice 1966 Dynamic! I also have a 1966 Dynamic convertible that is solid but needs completely redone. I always say, it's on the list.

Gorgeous ‘65!
So what rear end do you/did you have in it?
Sounds like you really tore it up.

Just a question...what does that scale in at?
Nice times BTW.

the 4.33 rear was an olds 12 bolt w/28 spline axles and am now running a 68 3.91 olds 12 bolt with 31/spline axles.weighs about 3450. i was pretty happy with the last pass, previously my best was 12.55@109.first pass yesterday was 13.66 (traction) so it came a long way.thanks for the comments.jc
