different plants and different suppliers means different style bumper jacks. Is there a specific style you are looking for? This will also have a bearing on the correct finishes (gold cad plated mast vs black or gray base vs black base as examples)

I have a Walker bumper jack. It's something someone would have picked up back in the day to replace a worn, broken or lost bumper jack.

I also have two 1970-1972 Cutlass bumper jacks if they fit.

I have this jack with the T type mast which I think is correct for a '69? The base has been powercoated black but has some light shelf wear. It works like it should. $95.00 shipped for it?

The T-type jack is original to my '69 4-4-2 Fremont car. On the slide that moves up and down the jack post, there should be a date code on one of the rivet heads. It should be a number that indicates the year the jack was manufactured (8 for 68, 9 for 69, 0 for 1970, and so forth) followed by a letter (A=January, B=February, and so forth, I is skipped, M=December). I'm not familiar with the stamping (4116U?) on oldspackrat's cradle. The ones I've seen for the '69 model year say "F85" with "U 1968-69" underneath it. There were 4 different manufacturers for the '69 model year jack.

Here is what is stamped on the slide. Nothing on the rivets but something on the flat part.
Randy,
Sorry for the blurry pictures, the hook is stamped 411611. I have another hook but it's almost to rusty to make out the numbers/letters.

9 F = June 1969. I went and looked at my '69 and it is stamped in the same place as yours, except mine is 9 D. On my '68, the date code is stamped on the head of a rivet, but the pattern on the jack post is different which I take to mean it came from a different manufacturer.
