Those things fit about every A body GM of that era----I have them but heavy to ship+I got new ones from a parts store for my own.

check out "Rock" auto should be cheaper and faster.
Like said shipping used not cheap and you may still need to machine the drums.

Drum is excessively worn and one of the studs has been repaired by being welded in place

The hub is probably fine and the drums can be cut and trued at most auto parts stores. I would not worry about the welded stud.
