Needing Pistons
Just to be clear; you're looking for one, stock, cast, standard bore piston for a '72 350 engine, correct? The position of the piston (#6) in the engine doesn't matter. What does matter is the size code, A, B, C, or D, that would be stamped on the head gasket surface of the block adjacent to the cylinder bore. I should have what you're looking for. I would be curious as to what caused the issue with the piston. Thanks, Bob.

That's a bit shorter than the factory ones at 1.615" and will result in ~.25 lower compression ratio in that one cylinder.
Compression Distance (in): 1.596 in.
