Wanted OL4B intake for 350
Hey Guys, I'm looking for a OL4B intake for my 350. I would like one in great shape and clean if possile. I need one that's for a square bore if they made one....not sure about that.

I have a very nice one and it is a square bore carb mount. PM me your email and I will send pics, thanks.
here is a pic of a spread bore i have for sale - for use with say a 66 -72 q-jet, the square bore intake would be my choice for use on a 64 442 with the OEM carb and dual snorkle air cleaner set-up to fit correctly or if you want to run your orig early carb on an 65. late 65 and on used spread bore pattern.
if you are using it in that resto with the engine mounted further forward you should not have a problem. the prob; i believe is in the A body cars where the hei hits the firewall with that intake.
Rick, what marxjunk said ... apparently hits the intake, like i said I believe it was an issue also, but not sure exactly what it was; so if you are set on the 0l4b with a square bore Edelbrock or (Carter AFB) you could try some other means of electronic ignition instead of hei; maybe petronix? i bet someone else can help you in this area.

Lunaboy, I think I understand what your saying. There can be two issues with the OL4B intake.
First issue: is the distributor housing or cap hitting the intake runner making timing adjustments difficult or just not fitting period.
Second issue: is the vacuum advance unit hitting the firewall only because you try and reclock the distributor so you can make timing adjustments. The second issue won't be a problem with my Ratrod....got plenty of firewall clearance.
And like you said I can always put a smaller distributor housing in her so everything works great.
