There is a note/sound adjustment screw on them....did you try adjusting it?

 

Yes, One is bent like someone dropped the horn on it. The other is frozen, I did get to move just a quarter turn or so, but that's all. when I shake the horns it sounds like something is loose inside. Maybe that's normal not sure. I'll still try and play around with them and see if I can get them to work better. I do have different ones coming that should be good.
